Refund policy
For hygiene reasons all skin care products are final sale and will not be refunded nor exchanged.
We are confident that you will love our products however, if something does go wrong, please reach out to us to discuss a way to resolve the issue. Kristina is more than willing to work with you to achieve positive outcomes.
Please note we do not refund for 'change of mind'. Should a refund be in exceptional circumstances, we request the following:
Condition of Products: We require that products be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging and seals intact. This is due to health and hygiene reasons.
Time Frame: You have a window of 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery to return the items.
Proof of Purchase: Always keep your receipt or order confirmation email, as you’ll need it to process the return.
Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method. This can take a few days to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping: For online purchases, you might need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
Sale Items: Sale items are full and final purchases. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.
